Things you can do for your mental health

In simple words your mental health influences how you think, feel, and behave in daily life. It also affects your ability to cope with stress, overcome challenges, build relationships, and recover from life’s setbacks and hardships.

Mental health ? How its controls our body ?

An identity crisis can happen in any stage of life. Ever experienced such things?

Here are things that proves you are having a poor mental health:

  1. Just don’t feel like doing anything.
  2. Always sleepy
  3. Feel like throwing your life away while wasting your time and still can not bring yourself to do something about it.
  4. Got no friends or anything.
  5. Tired of everything.
  6. Struggling with constant exhaustion.
  7. Serious lack of motivation.
  8. Already run out of energy to live.

What can you do to improve your mental health? Here are some tips.

I know its awful to feel this way but if u can afford therapy do that !!!

If not? Start with this:

  • Get yourself out of depressive episodes by making a mental list of things that makes you uncomfortable.
  • Living with limited means will actually help you with this, and you will develop an almos military like routine.
  • Wake up earlier.
  • Turn your shower to ice cold for atleast 60 seconds.
  • Exercise everyday even if its 20 sits up in the floor of your bedroom as soon as you wake up.
  • Make your bed everyday, right way.
  • Plan for and prep healthier meals and never skip a meal.
  • Force yourself to drink water until it become an unconscious habit to take sips throughout the day.
  • Start random conversations with strangers outside, and just try your best to feel fully present in that connective moment.

I know suggesting exercising and stuff sound annoying but it’s actually crazy that doing those stupid little things like eating and walking and just having a routine can do for your mental health. I know it’s not always possible, and struggling constantly to keep a good routine so as not to fall back into old habits.

But its kind of a….

fake it till you make it a thing !!!

So if you just do the things that annoying and happy people do, doesn’t matter if you are enjoying it, just do the things to the best of your ability and you will start to feel better slowly and life will get better friend.
